Team Coaching
The challenges teams face are not always visible in strategy documents, plans, or organizational charts.
They often emerge in day-to-day interactions: how decisions are made, how differences are navigated, and what happens when competing priorities, perspectives, and pressures collide.
My role is to support teams in understanding what is helping or hindering their effectiveness and in developing ways of working that support both stronger relationships and stronger business outcomes.
Teams often seek support when they are:
Navigating change, such as a new leader, restructuring, merger, or shift in strategy
Bridging differences in cultures, geographies, or working styles
Looking for more innovative ways to approach challenges or opportunities
Seeking to constructively address difficult issues
Working on complex business challenges where different perspectives, expertise, and priorities need to come together
My work typically begins by understanding the team's context, objectives, strengths, and challenges. From there, I design an approach that fits the needs of the team and the outcomes they are seeking to achieve.
Engagements range from facilitating a session within an offsite to longer-term team coaching and development initiatives.
Depending on the situation, this may include facilitated dialogue, assessments, strategic offsites, experiential exercises, or practical approaches designed to strengthen team effectiveness and performance.
