With a focus on multinational organizations, Jennie has coached on and helped to design programs with objectives such as the creation of a new leadership model, cultural transformation, embedding customer centricity, C-Suite strategic workshops, aligning behaviors with company values and accelerating the implementation of strategic priorities. Jennie has worked on three development programs that won gold awards for excellence in impact.​

Jennie's career journey is marked by rich and diverse experiences. She holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Kansas and began her career as a photographer before transitioning to executive portraiture for corporate clients and business magazines. She earned an EMBA from Thunderbird and has been consulting with IMD since 2010, first specializing in marketing, strategy, and innovation programs. Jennie is also an EMCC-accredited coach through Ashridge Hult in the UK.​

Passionate about continuous learning, Jennie regularly engages in advanced training programs, including IDEO Design Thinking, A/B Experimentation, Behavioral Science, and Gestalt in Organizational Development. She is certified in Group Dynamics through Tavistock, a ScrumMaster, and licensed to use various behavioral and psychometric tools.

​Born in Kansas City, USA, Jennie has a global outlook, having relocated her business across diverse cities such as Costa Rica, Miami, New York, Shanghai, Prague, and Turin.​ She is a native English speaker and has conversational proficiency in French and Italian, along with basic knowledge of Spanish, Czech, Portuguese, and a bit of Mandarin.​
