Jennie Zeiner
With a focus on multinational organizations, Jennie has coached and helped design programs with objectives including the creation of new leadership models, cultural transformation, embedding customer centricity, aligning behaviors with company values, and accelerating the implementation of strategic priorities. She has contributed to four development programs recognized with international gold awards for excellence in impact.
CAREER
Jennie's career journey is marked by rich and diverse experiences. She holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Kansas and began her career as a photojournalist before transitioning to executive portraiture for corporate clients and business magazines. She earned an EMBA from Thunderbird at its former European campus outside Prague and has been coaching with IMD since 2010, first specializing in marketing, strategy, and innovation programs. Jennie is an EMCC-accredited coach through Ashridge Hult in the UK.
Passionate about continuous learning, Jennie regularly engages in advanced training programs, including IDEO Design Thinking, A/B Experimentation, Behavioral Science, and Gestalt in Organizational Development. She is certified in Group Dynamics through Tavistock, a ScrumMaster, and licensed to use various behavioral and psychometric tools.
BACKGROUND
Born in Kansas City, USA, Jennie has lived and worked in Costa Rica, Miami, New York, Shanghai, Turin, Oslo, and Prague, where she is now based. She is a native English speaker with conversational proficiency in French and Italian, along with basic knowledge of Spanish, Czech, Portuguese, and Mandarin.
Jennie works internationally, both in person and virtually.
Jennie’s global experiences have honed her strengths in creativity, curiosity, and empathy, enabling her to bridge diverse cultures and connect with a wide range of individuals.
